Alton Webteam: February 2016
BB Boys from Fleet, Guildford and Woking made their way to our church to join our Anchor Boys in the annual Fun Day. And what fun it was — games, crafts, cartoon videos, singing, and of course eating!
Pam Jones, the Mayor, judged the Frieze competition, with Guildford winning (and Alton coming fourth!). She also led a devotional session on "Listening to God" — helped by four seashells — and joined in enthusiastically in the singing which Andrew Micklefield, a specially invited guest, led in his usual inspirational manner!

The Lunch Club celebrated Christmas with a wonderful roast turkey lunch with all the trimmings followed by a chocolate desert and then cups of tea. This was served by willing helpers complete with Christmas attire to around 65 people. The Open The Book Schools Team have presented the Shepherd's Story at 3 different venues: Andrews Endowed School, Wootey Junior School and at the Hard of hearing Club's Christmas service in All Saints Church.
