Alton Webteam: March 2019
CAMEO
At our February meeting we welcomed Pippa Blizzard from Bentley who came to tell us how she and her husband, Adrian, have sponsored Fatima for the last eight years through the church based COMPASSION project. Fatima lives with her nine brothers and sisters in a remote village in western Kenya.
With Adrian controlling the AV equipment we were shown the church, school and family home when Pippa and Adrian visited them.
Our thanks to them both for giving their time to show us how "the other half or more" live and the wonderful work of the COMPASSION project.
