Camoeo July 17 (2)

At our June meeting we were delighted to welcome Nigel Hughes as our speaker. He brought with him letters he had written to his mother when he began his National Service — still in pristine condition! We discovered that from a raw recruit he eventually sailed to Canada to train and become a fully-fledged pilot.

Thank you Nigel for such a fascinating and entertaining afternoon.

Our next meeting will be on Saturday 22nd July when we shall visit Jane and Robin Lees' garden.
