Alton Webteam: October 2016
MINCE PIES
Following on from last year's success, the GAP churches will again be distributing mince pies to train staff and commuters at Alton Railway Station on Monday 12th December 2016. Commuters will receive a small bag containing a mince pie, a napkin printed with a Christmas greeting and a flyer detailing the Christmas Services in all our churches. We estimate that we will need around 500 mince pies and are asking for donations of boxes of shop bought mince pies. These should be taken to any of the GAP Churches by lunch time on Sunday 11th December. If anyone would like to help bag them up on the afternoon of Sunday 11th December, or distribute them on Monday 12th December between 6.00 a.m. and 8.30 a.m. please phone me on 01420 768641 or email me at clare.allen47@gmail.com. Thank you, Clare Allen
