Alpha — coming soon.......

Following on from our very successful Alpha course earlier this year, we will, as GAP be running our second Alpha course in the New Year.

Who is it for? Anyone and everyone! It is for all those who are asking questions and searching, all those who would like to do a refresher course on the basic principals of Christianity, for all those who wish to re-engage and re-connect with God, for all those who wish to deepen their faith and all those who are curious and wondering what is this faith stuff all about anyhow.

Why not have a word with someone who completed the course earlier this year and ask them?!

There will be plenty of material and publicity over the coming weeks — but we do ask you to pray for the course and those who will be taking part and to consider how you might be involved. We will also need volunteers. People to be welcomers, to set out the tables and to serve the meals. People to help cook, others to clear away and to wash up and small group facilitators. If you feel that you would be able to help on a rota system, please let me know as soon as possible.

The course will be on Thursday evening here at church, starting on Thursday 7th January 2016. The Alpha evenings start with a meal together at 7:30pm and end prompt at 9:30pm. There will be an Alpha taster session, to wet your appetite and find out more, on Thursday 3rd December.
