We are an active church situated within the historic town of Alton. We work in a Covenant partnership with the Church of England as we seek to serve, minister and reach out to our community and the surrounding villages.
Sunday Services are often a mixture of both traditional and more contemporary styles of worship taking place at 9.15 am (Traditional) and 10.45am (more Informal/contemporary) with the last Sunday of the month being a united 10am service. From Easter Day all morning services will be held at 10am. Please see News for further information. Our evening service is usually at 6.30pm. (see calendar for details)
The Boys and Girls Brigade Companies provide wonderful opportunities for children and young people to develop and grow as does the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Programme. Messy Church is held monthly as an opportunity for parents and children to enjoy activities around a Christian theme.
The church is open for coffee on Tuesday and Friday Mornings and the CAMEO Group and Lunch Club are greatly enjoyed by senior members.
Messy Church is usually held on the first Saturday of the month
Parents/Carers and children invited to come along for games, crafts, story and bacon/sausage butties etc. (Sorry we are not able to hold Messy Church in March but will be holding one on Sat. April 6th 9.30am)
Our Circuit also has a website with information on the work of all the churches, including Alton. The link is as follows: www.hsbcircuit.org.uk
